F.A.Q.

02

I notice you are a residential home. Are you open to the public?

Yes! Stanfield Iris Farm is open to the public even though we are a residential home. At the moment, we do not have regular hours. If no one is able to assist you, please feel free to browse the iris farm located behind the red barn around the curve. It is not visable at first sight. You may either walk or drive down to the farm. Around mid June, many of the plants are ready for planting. This means many of the bloosoms will not be visable. To see varieties, please look through the gallaries or other social media sites.

03

How much are your Irises and Daylilies? Do you accept credit?

Irises that are named will cost $8.00 a bulb while the unknown breeds are $5.00 a bulb. Daylilies are $5.00 as well. At this time, we do not except credit online or at the farm; however, soon we should be able to accept major credit cards at our location using Square. If you order online, please be sure to note that you have to come to the farm at least 2 weeks prior to pay your balance if you are planning to ship your order.

05

Do you ship?

We do ship for a minimal fee anywhere in the continual United States depending on how many plants were ordered.

When will I receive my order?

Most Irises are ready for planting July-September and Daylilies are ready May-September. This is the time where we would dig up your bulbs depending on when your variety is ready. If there is any problem we will try to contact you with the information you provide on your order form. Shipping is standard and the approximate times depends on the carrier.

06

You mention zones. What are those?

The USDA Zone Map refers to the "Hardiness Zones" for seeds, bulbs and plants. When ordering, you can determine if the item will be "Winter Hardy" in your area by checking the "Zone" information on the item's description page here

Can I order online?

Yes! You can pre-order online. This saves you a 'spot' for the Iris breeds you want. Because this a pre-order, the balance cannot be paid online
